Return/Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom club/shaft orders once they have been finalized. A custom-built club/shaft is defined as any club or shaft in which you have selected a shaft, grip, and/or build specs for the club/shaft.
If there is a defect in the product or an error on our part, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order at +1 (469) 850-4419 or support@mycustomclub.com.
Refunds will only be issued if there is a defect in the product or an error on our part that cannot be resolved through replacement or store credit.
Cancellation/Modification Policy
Custom club and shaft orders may be canceled within 1 business day (Monday–Friday) of placing the order. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit. We cannot issue refunds to any alternative payment methods.
All other cancellation requests will be reviewed by MyCustomClub management. If approved, a refund will be issued either as store credit or to the original form of payment minus a 20% processing fee. Once the order enters production, we are unable to cancel the order.
If you wish to make modifications to your existing order, requests must be received within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) of placing the order. No exceptions.
Warranty Policy
All warranties on custom-built orders, including heads, shafts, grips, and adapters, are based on the manufacturer/OEM warranty. If a warranty or replacement is available from the manufacturer based on a reported issue (with images or proof), we will replace that component.
Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer alterations. To start a claim, contact customer service with your order number and issue details.
Non-Club Orders
Returns for non-club items are accepted within 14 days for store credit or a refund to your original payment method (minus a 20% processing fee). Items must be new, unused, and with original tags. A return label will be provided for U.S. customers.
Refunds are only issued for product defects or errors that cannot be resolved through replacement or store credit. Gift cards are final sale.
Cancellation/Modification Policy
Non-club orders can be canceled within 1 business day if not yet shipped. Once shipped, you must initiate a return. Refunds will be processed as store credit or to your original payment method (minus a 20% processing fee).

Warranty Policy
Non-club item warranties follow manufacturer/OEM terms. If a replacement is warranted (proof required), we’ll facilitate the process. Damage from misuse, wear and tear, or alterations is not covered.
