Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for all standard or long driver shafts. Any refund requests received after 30 days will not qualify for a standard refund but may qualify for a partial refund depending upon the product. Our goal is to create long-time happy returning clients, so we'll do all we can to create win/win outcomes. That being said this is a "custom" purchase and returning custom-built items is not typically offered by the producing entity. Therefore, shafts that have been cut to fairway length or to a shortened playable length will not qualify for a refund.
Install labor and materials along with shipping and handling processing time have real costs associated with them. A 15% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund total.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll be provided an RA number that will need to be listed on the returning box.

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with shipping and process instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like retro-built clubs, custom-etched shafts, and shaft length build requests longer or shorter than men's or women's standard length. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@mycustomclub.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
