1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Void in those states and where otherwise prohibited. Employees of My Custom Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Entry Period

The sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

3. How to Enter

You may enter the sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a set of 2025 TaylorMade P•790 Irons (Approximate Retail Value: $2,500).

Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitution allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days of selection and must claim the prize within fifteen (15) days. If the winner fails to respond, does not meet eligibility, or refuses required documentation, a new winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

7. Publicity

By entering, you grant My Custom Club permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Terms

My Custom Club reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes at any time due to technical issues, fraud, or any factor beyond its control. Attempts to tamper with or compromise the sweepstakes process will result in disqualification.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless My Custom Club, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability or damages resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or use/misuse of the prize, including but not limited to technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, or lost/delayed mail.

10. Disputes

This sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts located in Collin County, Texas. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any form of class action.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to submit a valid Social Security Number or taxpayer ID and will receive a Form 1099-MISC reflecting the total retail value of the prize.

12. Privacy

Entry information is subject to the My Custom Club Privacy Policy.
