Shipping policy
Our standard quoted lead time is 7-14 business days. If expedited shipping is required arrangements can be made by contacting us at support@mycustomclub.com or by phone at (469) 850-4419. From time to time products my become delayed due to manufacturer back order. Should this occur with a product that you have ordered, you will be notified promptly and given the option to wait for the delivery of your order, substitute your order with a spec-matching alternative, or receive a full refund. If you have received your package and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us and we will work to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
