1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Void in those states and where otherwise prohibited by law. Employees of My Custom Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2025 and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

3. How to Enter

You may enter the sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

One (1) winner will receive a G/FORE Daytona Plus Black Onyx Stand Bag (Approximate Retail Value: $425).

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions will be allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

A random drawing will be conducted under Sponsor supervision. The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days after the sweepstakes ends. If the winner does not respond within fifteen (15) days, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or refuses to provide required information, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Publicity

By entering, you grant My Custom Club permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

My Custom Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes for any reason, including technical problems, fraud, or other factors beyond its control. Entries determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, generated by bots, or otherwise tampered with will be disqualified.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless My Custom Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Disputes

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes must be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, without resort to any form of class action or claim for punitive damages.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, the winner must provide a valid Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number and will receive a Form 1099-MISC reflecting the total prize value.

All entry information is subject to My Custom Club’s Privacy Policy.
