NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Void in those states and where otherwise prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of My Custom Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

You may enter the sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

  : Each qualifying purchase from MyCustomClub.com earns one (1) sweepstakes entry.

  : Hand-print your full name, mailing address, date of birth, email, and phone number on a 3"x5" piece of paper. Mail it in a #10 envelope to:

  Each valid mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry. Limit one entry per envelope. Must be postmarked by December 15, 2025 and received by December 20, 2025.
  

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted beginning June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ending December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Trackman 4 Indoor/Outdoor Launch Monitor (Approximate Retail Value: $25,495).

Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitution is allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days following the drawing. If the winner does not respond within fifteen (15) days of notification, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or refuses to provide required information, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Use of Entry

By entering, you grant My Custom Club the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless My Custom Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

My Custom Club is not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind, (b) unauthorized human intervention, (c) inaccurate information, or (d) errors in administration of the sweepstakes.

9. Disputes

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or taxpayer identification number and will receive a Form 1099-MISC from the Sponsor for the total approximate retail value of the prize, as required by law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Winners List

To obtain the winner’s name, email a request with the subject line “Request for My Custom Club Sweepstakes Winner List” to: info@mycustomclub.com. Requests must be received by January 31, 2026.
