My Custom Club Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Void in those states and where prohibited by law. Employees of My Custom Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter.

2. Sweepstakes Dates

The sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

3. How to Enter

You may enter the sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a club set from Callaway, TaylorMade, or Cobra with the winner’s choice of Fujikura Ventus shafts (Approximate Retail Value: $1,000).

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries under Sponsor supervision. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days after the sweepstakes ends. If the selected winner does not respond within fifteen (15) days, fails to meet eligibility, or declines the prize, another winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Use of Your Entry

By entering, you grant My Custom Club the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

8. General Conditions

My Custom Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or tampered with will be disqualified.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless My Custom Club, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or lost or misdirected entries.

10. Disputes

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes must be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts located in Collin County, Texas, without resort to any form of class action or claim for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to submit a valid Social Security Number or taxpayer ID and will receive a Form 1099-MISC reflecting the total prize value.

12. Privacy

Your entry is subject to the My Custom Club Privacy Policy.

To request the name of the winner, email a request with the subject:
